I've taken a look into their website and forums, they seem to pop up after hyper cheats decided to close down their fortnite sales in september. It seems to me that one of their coders for fortnite made a branch of hacks on their own which is this site. Every one of the features is the same exact thing as hyper. They seem ok to me.
