It's impossible. Jailbreaking refers to IOS devices. Modding the console is very risky and difficult.

You Can't It only Work's for iOs, But if you really want to I recommend calling Microsoft and ask them how to modify a console :P

As i know, jailbreaking something means, that you get access to the console's or smartphone's administrator account or access to the root files of - as example - a console.

You can jailbreak the XBox One, but there is, if i remember that right, no public method yet. There is one on the Ps4 already, but these are two absolutly different consoles and not comparable.
