I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. I need a login system that uses php and MySQL to login to the program. The login system also needs to use encryption and HWID's to make sure they are not sharing their login. Finally their needs to be a license/serial key Authenticator (which will look at a list of pre-generated serials) to access their account.
