direct x isnt a programming language.
I heard from someone that the reason most require an intel cpu is because theres some sort of flaw that allows them to inject/hook onto fortnite. (idk if this is true)
The d3d/Directx (in the context your talking about) is the world to screen overlay that allows people to put the esp/menu over the original program its self mostly triggered by a hotkey. Try not to confuse these types of cheats with internal cheats that take on a whole new set of barriers and obstacles
