Must haves:
- Must come with original email
- Must have AT LEAST all (or most) of the S2 & S3 battle pass skins
- Must be PC account

Preferred haves:
- More skins (of course)
- Twitch Prime skins
- S4 Battle Pass (doesn't matter how completed)

I do not care for skins that outrageously drive up the price, like Skull Trooper. I also do not care about stats.
