Don't bother. He will act like it's private and exclusive but after payment he will ignore you. His first message is **** like this:

Step 1: Register

Step 2: Interview

(Only do this if you are a serious buyer, and have funds at the ready if accepted)
Step 3: Wait

No matter what you fill in he will accept you into his slot of 10 (which magically never fills). It's all BS. No proof or trial will be provided
