Iv found a thing that help us do ANY quest we need to change laungue in control panel -> laungue -> advance -> japanese than do whot pc wont (restart :P) when you restart you wont have any special letters of your country like polish ± æ ê ¿ ó etc.
To have them back just do the thing again but set up your laungue =]
