RNG aka Pseudo RNG manipulation

also ich hab mal gelesen das es keine richtige RNG gibt. weil jede RNG startet mit einem seed (grundwert) wert. wenn man jetzt den Algorithmus kennt dann kann man die RNG Manipulieren.
