Hallo everybody. Everyone knows that the Upgrading Rates were increased in V14. So, the question is, how can i look at these rates(i think almost everyone is interested in it). I heard that looking at the .res-files would help. Tried it already and had no success.
If someone can help, don´t hesitate to do.^^
