I saw 1 guy with a shop in Flaris today. As we all know - since a while you can not make shops outside of market area. How's that possible? Is restriction for shops made only client side and it can be modified?

He messes with packets. I know who he is, he was by flaris magic am i correct? shop title ''Madrigal Shop''. Assuming he allowed himself the use of items while in-shop, and simply ''left marketplace'' with a shop open.

I think you can left the market if you sent the packet to left at the npc.
If you want to teleport to Flaris City you can use a Friendship or something like this.
