The password is hashed if im not wrong.
Try to create account with password "7b9a7cf3e570f27c216b56d4e930d0e8" and check if it works.

That's only the hash, what should he do with only the hash without password?

You need to change ur salt which is used in account creation from kikugalanet to whatever was used in this source.

But why even bother with these ****** files, just use official V21 or at least some other files:
