You want to know how Ignite-flyff do the encryption?

probably encryption was made in same style as Aeria Games, but there is no any available way to unpack Ignite files. Only if you are Ignite owner or have C++ coder behind your shoulders that can code decryption script for you. As i guess you can try to edit aeriagames.bms script from Luigi and work a bit with Hex Editor and Quickbms, you will, maybe (but on 90% not), find a way to get Ignite files. Someone can take thought on my tip by the way.

AES -> Source + Resource need same key+resname...
.res = Compilte Resource Data
.cry = CRY-DATA
.test = TEST-DATA
.....

The client does the unpacking for you.
It should be possible to get all the files without any decrypt stuff.
Locate in the client where files are extracted from the .pak and save them to yout PC using Detours gor examplr.
Easy stuff!
