Neuz.exe is mostly seen as a virus. I don't know why, but on some scanners it is shown as a virus. (Also Official Flyff!)
I downloaded the game, run the antivir scanner and nothing is seen.

my feedback (playtime 2 days)
homepage > okay, nothing special
download/install > no problems
course of game > boring
community > ignorant
GM > aktiv, but no help for beginners (3 GM leave all my questions unanswered)
events > quite a lot (but gm's give some players preference)
GW > no chance without donation-equipment

Fazit:
I'm not really into it
inadvisable for absolute beginners
