it could be a few things

You might not have _USE_32BIT_TIME_T enabled.
If you don't, enable it or replace the int with int64 when making the procedure call or sql edits.

If neither of those, debug through or access the errors with SQLGetDiagRec to print them.

it's obviously a missing stored procedure from your database
if you don't have it, you can take it from another db
