Hello!
The following guide is supposed to help you during the thread creation process. I believe that if you follow these simple advices you are getting faster responses and, above all, more responses in total. To put it briefly, your problem can much more likely be solved.
Creating a new topic |

Before creating a new topic:
Use the search tool to make sure that your issue has not already been covered in the past.
Title:
In other words: It must become clear, what the reader has to expect by reading your topic and it will be your job to describe what it is and what name it is to have. You should always use a meaningful title.
First things first: Avoid using titles having less than four words and to make it even clearer, you may also use tags such as e.g."help", "help / about XYZ", "problem v15 files", "error"
"[Issue] Neuz crashes after character selection", "Disappearing items from tabbed inventory"
"[Issue]", "[Discussion]", "[Question]" or "[Request]".
Content:
You can post your problem simply here. These questions should be answered by yourself:
- What kind of difficulties am I experiencing (and when)?
- Which and whose files am I using?
- What has been done so far?
- Are there any error logs?
Remember, a picture may be worth a thousand words. Thus, feel free to attach any screenshot, which can be helpful to resolve your problem.
Let me give you one last advice: Spell checking is one of the best tools that you can use. Invest some time into the thread creation process, it will certainly pay off!
