Wotldserver not responding only on VPS

Hi, I have v19 adeilson source work perfectly on my personal computer but only on my vps server (for me and my friends) the worldserver not responding without error.. (windows server 2019). I have try with my v15 source and another v21 source and the wotldserver work on the vps. Have you idea please (sorry for my English)

VPS 8go ram
4v core
160 go ssd

Using a source that compiles on vs2003 is the first mistake you made there.

There is already a clean source released for vs17 that can even be upgraded to vs19 in some simple steps.

Going forward this will be your best bet, no matter your plans.

Ofc, just open it & click on rebuild. Yea..no difference (for this source) between vs17 & 19. (Maybe problems if you are using C++ above 16)
