NPC Shop Items

Hi,
I have tried to search the for tutorial how to change NPC shops, but couldn't find anything.

Is there any tutorial about how to do this?

I saw this: but i'm not sure what this is actually doing or what is it for.

Thats exactly what you are Looking for
In the character.inc you can add items to Npc‘s
Without the TuT you added you have todo it with addvendorItem
With that you can add items within in a range of item level of some sort

With the source code added from the TuT you can add items with addshopItem
With that you can easily add that one item you want to add
