Problem adding the FastJobChange system

Problem adding the FastJobChange system. Does anyone know how to fix this type of error, I checked this error on the internet and did not find the solution. Does anyone have help or explain and why this error occurs?

Right Click Neuz Project -> Add -> Existing Item -> "Locate your WndChangeJobEx.cpp"

And thennnn build.
