Where do you edit this?

Already checked in the Source and find only text is this

TID_TIP_HELPER_HELP

And after checking the TextClient.txt I only found this

Info-Pang = IDS_TEXTCLIENT_INC_002208

But cannot find anything anymore any ideas?

FAQ.inc & FAQ.txt.txt inside the client folder.
