Retail Resource (updated) + v19 taskbar

Hello epvp I know this is really a spoonfed but I really got a slow internet connection so I request here if someone who have a official resource (no folders) since i cant download the retail client.

and I'm planning to upgrade my interface into Gold like retail interface

question is in what source has the most fix/stable that i can copy the v19 taskbar?
