New monsters , How to set location?

This is actually the first time I've ever try to messing with this (adding new monsters) .
So i just wanted to ask , When i add the monsters , Where and how can i set their location?
Because I added a certain monster and it worked but i didn't saw the monster in the location that i wanted.
(I replaced the monster instead of "Fefern" , But nothing has changed.)

If you want to Change the Monster Design, just create a Copy of it and Change the Design.
If you want to add new Monster use ATools.
1- Download ATools and add your Resource.
2- Open: WorldEditor
3- File->Open-> World\WdMadrigal
4- Choose in the Toolbar the "Hand Function" and go to your location.
5- On the left Site you can see some Folder, open it. mvr.
6- Find your Monster entrys and make a simple Left-Mouse Click on one.
7- Choose with your Cursor a location on the map and make a Left-Click again.
8- Make a right Click and activate the spawn, change 0 to like 15.
9- Save your Changes, merge/crypt your datas.
10- Congratulation! You're done ^^
