V19 theme problem

i have v19 theme folder compleate but the problem i check the tool tip in my theme its in v19 tooltip and all tile but when i run the neuz the tiles is still v15??

You should check tooltip.cpp/h and etc.

i try to check tooltips in v19 source and to my v17 source released by you and they have similarities i don't know why the tool tip is v15 theme all i used v19 theme and i 100% sure i remove all v15 content in theme but still it display v15 tooltip =(
