cannot open file mscoree.lib

Hi. I am trying a new source and I got an error of "cannot open file mscoree.lib"

I am trynna to use Blessed Files and I saw a thread of this but this is like an old and cannot access the download link anymore

Read the error message 10 times and you will understand what to do to solve it.
A hint: this file is a lib!

Oh yea, I tried to copy the Lib in the last source I got. And nothing happen and I trynna search deeper and I saw that one of the reason is the Linker problem it is not linked it right position. And trying to figure it out how can I link it in the right position. Whenever I put the Lib document link in linker in vs2003 it the missing mscoree.lib error isn't showing but the __DIRECTX files having an error that says this file cannot be found even I have it.... that is why I am still confuse.

DirectX has nothing to do with mscoree.
Have installed Windows SDK?
Normally when it is installed it will be somewhere here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows

Check that you have the correct macros in your project properties:
