Private Shop Question

Hello Epvpers, good morning I wondered if anyone could at least pass me a tutorial or a source that contains the "Private Shop" that sells item by Perin, Red Chips, and etc. I'm looking for it already has days, I can not find if they can guide me until a tutorial of how to add this content to my server I would be very grateful.

you can aslo find that at Totemia v19 source just copy and paste and ur good to go.. dont forget the resource part to make it work
