Cant drag skills

Hello i recently added the 3rd job + the skill tree v16 and is working all but i have a problem , i cant drag any skills .

How can it work ''ALL'' if you can't drag any Skills ?
Check Source + Resource again, maybe you failed somewhere...
as example, missed some parts at the Resource..
