Need help

I got a big problem with my Neuz me and a friend want to open a server on his computer the neuz starts without any problem on my laptop also but on my computer it just doesnt start there is no error no crash nothing if i want to open it just do nothing the mouse courser is swinging like 2-3 times but nothing happens and also 2 of my friends wants to test and help finding buggs cant open the neuz too again no errors nothing , i tested to install some AIO scanned my Computer ... run it in debug mode just nothing! the guy who can fix this problem please PM me with your skype ill pay 200€ for this fking fix we rly dont have any clue why it work on some PC and on other not.
