sorry im not expert on c++ im wondering where can i define gsysScroll
and what's the meaning of gsysAnnounce is not a member of 'CProject'

Well for one the code won't work on 03, as kia's message system is based on 13+. So unless you downgrade parts of the code it won't work even if you fix the basic missing namespace issues.
