Erendora Files included Perin Converter, in my opinion also i think it's Virtuos Files...
Download v15 Files and Upgrade it to v18+ **Custom**
(if you think now, why v18 and not v19, the official v19 got x5 Parts of Weapon stats. i dont think that you want this too? btw i think you are going to learn about Source developing and dont use the work from other... only C+P with brain and you will get the same result with v15 Taskbar
by the way, i dont know why all say v15 Taskbar, it's not v15 it got a earlyer version before v15 starts
