[Stats] Problem

Hi guys I'am having a problem with the Crackhooter job on my test server
everytime I try to hit the Knight Having a good hp and Block rate, the critical damage of crackshooter can still be around 100-200k. With out any miss or block.

My Question is Is there something wrong with the files it self? and where can i find it? I think about the Hit Rate of each job.
