How can I fix the cooldown on my tasbar? everytime I use skills there is no Cooldown but if I use Items there is a Cooldown, so probably i have a problem with the Skills cooldown own my v19 Taskbar thanks for your help

I'am having a problem with the Conversion system like this one. http://i.epvpimg.com/qOOph.png. everytime It reach on 16 items and I tried to buy the 17th Item it says "FAILED" so I think there is a maximum item that I can only put in one conversion shop My question is how can Increase that restriction or the maximum item that can be sold in the conversion shop.

I'm having a error with the v19 Taskbar which many people have had. well basicly the taskbar doesn't show how many seconds left there is on the cooldown how can i fix this? anyone have a good source code or something. and yes i've searched for it and found a crappy source code which compiled with errors :S
