server verifcation error

Hi guys need help

i used erendora files and i successfully compile it but i am getting this error when i enter my user and pass into the client

SQLSTATE:42000 error:[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near '¡'.

also when i tried to login it said "server verification error"
