[Bug] Short random server freezes

Hello ePvP,

Was wondering if anyone had server freezes before and maybe know a fix, they happen randomly and have nothing to do with the connection.

It's just that nothing happens in-game until the spike is over, then suddenly everything is being processed.

- Happens randomly.
- Short and long spikes.
- ..\_Network\Net\Src\DPMng.cpp 154 error in Worldserver logs.

Couldn't find anything that got my attention on that specific line.
