Databaseserver don't want start

Hi,

Since I installe Windows 10 I have serious problem with visual studio.
when I want start My server, I launch acountserver he open a window as always but after I clic on databaseserver he charge and nothing happen, and i have no error in serveur.
I go on visual studio for debugging and he told me this:

Upgrade your Source to Visual Studio 2013 and you dont have this Problem.
