monster kill

Is there anyone / any source that have a system that when players kill a boss a notice will show up to every players? help please

Re somethings missing from it. like undecleared identifier from the (TID_BOSS_NOTICE)
also from the "g_DPCoreClient.SendSystem(BossNotice)" saysthe SendSystem is Invalid

@Snox i still have some error with g_DPCoreClient.SendSystem(BossNotice); any complete fix?
