Creating a server

Hello, can someone help me create v15 and v20(or v19) server?
Last time i made a server was like 6 years ago or so, so i forgot everything.

Thats v15 server right? How to make v19 or v20 also?
And another question, sorry for asking so much but. Whats probably minimum system requirement to host a server atm?
I made a server long time ago, but i wasnt the host. Also, thanks again

This tutorial is for any version.
The system requirement depends on what server do you want to host.

Well i basicly wanna host both, v15 and v20, but first v15, cuz it seems to require lower PC specs. Could you tell me what would be minimum req. for good hosting?

Well il be getting in few days
8GB(2x4GB) Patriot Viper @1866MHz
FX-6350 @3.9GHz(Turbo boost @ 4.2GHz)
Powercolor R9 270X PCS+ 2GB GDDR5
Is that gonna be sufficient? Ah, i also got 6mb/s inet T_T , might change it soon.
