[HELP] How to make Website live!?

Hello!

I'm having a few question about how to make my website online? so everyone can view it instead of my internet only (localhost), what i've done is open port 80 started apached mysql etc since i'm using xampp i also created a noip adress throughout my ip adress - , The question is how to make everyone else view it? what do i need to do? Sorry bad with websites/bad english!
