after i try to work with V15 Official source but i have problem with admin id.

i'm try to do everything but... fail -.-!

Hmm in what language did you compile it in?

Cause it looks the same problem with this one

admin id = Z.
Thank you.I compile source lang 1 = usa and admin id can use command.but lang 4 = thailand not admin id and use command.how to edit? I want lang 4 thailand.
