Kindly help me with website error

The Conversion of a char data type to a date time data type resulted in an out of range datetime value., SQL Stat 22008 in SQLExecDirect in C:\xampp\htdocs\shop.php on line 32

when

.date("d-m-Y H:i:s"). but when .date("d-M-Y H:m:s"). No Errors but the item purchased is not received? how can i fix this thanks

What are the difference of the two date("d-m-Y H:i:s") and date("d-M-Y H:m:s").
