Erm, I could post a "userlist" of the members that joined through epvp along with a few other common names, but I'd imagine some people want to keep their skype name private.
You certainly can speak in any language you want, but there may be people that only speak English that won't understand you. English is preferred if you're somewhat fluent.
Oh, I also forgot one thing. No flaming, but criticism is welcome. Do not write things like: "Your project sucks". However, you can write things like "I don't like this project because..."
