How to auto target in pvp-arena[not guild siege]?

can anybody help me how can i get the AUTO target the player by not clicking the player.. i mean just like in the guild siege you target an enemy using a tabbing.. i need pro editors to help me..

sorry sir im still a newbie, do in need to use an infiltration with that? because the server that im playing is they block the infiltration and it doesn't work. its a itak antihack
