If you wanna have an "Public" Server you need to pay everymonth a minimum of "60€" for an Nice ROOT Server, you need the Files, a Database and some Knowledge in Team Viewer + Skype, if you can find someone who create an Server for you! Otherwise, if you wanna have an "Local" Server you can try to find Threads in English, i'm sure here should are some.. the Google Translator sux very hard, if you try to translate this Thread -> you arent able to understand it Properly!
