Well when I open the NPC EDITOR I get this window please how I can fix this

Don't use a NPC Editor, you can add it with editor.
Here are same TuTs how to add NPCs.

Npc Editor is for "Caali" files and not compatible with official files

Please don't use translators ~.~ those are terrible ....

The NPC editors aren't very good.
It's so easy to edit the files.
There is no need to use special editors.
