RoC user online Database

hi epvp users...i have a seryous matter problem in RoC user online datbase...because my website always show 0 online players but theres 5 online...the php code is correct other ssaid that its in source...whare can i find the user online databse?/so it will be isuse Letter J read the mssql?

my database??in mssql?i just use the v15 database
