about sedrika's userpanel

hellow can someone help me? or give me a guide on how to setup it

1. Download all files
2. Execute the Database in MSSQL
3. Copy the whole panel into your webserver
4. Config the Panel (inc/config.php)
5. Open the panel.ini in the Client and put there the full Path to your webserver
6. Start Client and login

I only need to edit config.php?

Thats right. Everything else is ready to use.
