I'm still puzzled of what to do.
I was able to bypass cheat engine (so it works)
my problem are (ItemList, ItemID's and how to change or do this awake hack step by step)
I hope someone have done it or at least share it with us with pictures or screenshots.

Okay, I just figured it out.
Lets try it with moonstone
Moonstone's ItemID is 2036
I'll try to change it to Diamond with an ItemID of 2029
Value: 2036
Click First Scan (You will have lots of values)
Copy all values and put them in address list
and edit everything in the address list to 2029
and check your Moonstone turn to Diamond.
