Ranger instant Charged Shot without CE

is it possible to disable the castbar from the charged shot from a ranger?
I mean like instant Charged Shot, kinda like the CE version with increasing Atkspd.

levelbot had no collision ? no collision is something what I need to farm red chips on a server, but no success.
