He asked if cooldown was still working and I confirmed it was, but really he meant the skill animation bar. What we were talking about is basically the skill animation bar you see when casting a skill; normally you need to wait for the bar to fill up before casting the skill again - remove it so you can cast certain skills instantly and repeatedly. 'Cooldown' however is NOT the same as the skill animation bar. Cooldown I believe is handled by the server and is not as simple as just trying to send the packet over and over.
