-rep I bought a day key of fsecurity kept having issue of the game crashing while being injected, contacted support and didn’t provide me with any help and closed my support ticket without even helping to solve the issue. Didn’t even get to use fsecurity due to crashing.

Our support is best, the ticket gets closed automatically. So please open a new ticket so we can remember it

My ticket was #ticket-3826, the support didn't provide me with much information to fix my issue. I was told to check the troubleshooting channel, which I had already went through prior to opening a ticket and it didn't fix my issue.

We usually ask customers to check the troubleshooting, but if it still the same issue, we can join you via remote control.
