Would it be possible to allow it to pick up already started recipes? I've accidentally hit stop when I meant to ctrl-stop and it'd be nice to be able to let it resume <3
Last night I was crafting 20x True Linen as a specialist WVR, it would craft a few of them and then closed mid-craft 2 times and I had to manually finish the crafts.
I don't seem to have any issues with the 80 durability items though, just the 35 ones.
Show me a craftflow.log I can see if skills are actually turned on.
Does it only happen with collectibles up?
I had this happen to me today, It had been crafting hq the other day and even this morning on the first few crafts I made, but when I went to make the black willow ring it just finished the craft after MaMA without doing any quality

This doesn't happen to me very often, but I think the concept is good.
It wouldn't be too difficult that upon hitting stop it saves the current working state (item, progress, durability, quality, step in progress, steps left).
Perhaps a new button could pop-up temporarily for resume where it would restart the process from this saved state and maybe just hide it away later when its not available to be used.
(Man I wish I had my hands on the source code right about now! got my C# senses tingling)

How much ram does your computer have?
Though I think you'd get some crazy errors, can you send me a log of whjen that happens?

That's an issue with the sim being off (your log), it wasnt saving states between uses, because I broke something , but it was fixed on yesterdays thing.
The good news, you should be good now since I fixed that yesterday.

Yah it's doable, picking up crafts in the middle randomly is harder, but picking up crafts that the bot left off is doable.
DaxxTrias; YES! Everything is a state machine!
I have a new version coming up with option to disable the TTS, and a log in the mainwindow that shows everything the bot is doing.
Sounds awesome Quick question now that you're in the thread too; the remove off global cooldown timer button in settings? Curious about it but the effect isn't obvious so thought it better to ask the creator

It removes OGCD "cooldown" on the client.
You can basically send 2-3 moves at once as long as they're OGCD, you can do 4 too but it bugs out some times. It's really really nice if you have any latency.

i am not sub to final for a while now, since i have high latency i am wondering if that is usable in combat as well
I'm the author of a community tool for ffxiv crafters and I was wondering if you could help me to get better formulas for the crafting simulator i'm embedding in my tool, because your bot already did a ton of crafting and probably has some nice knowledge of the general crafting formulas, I think you could greatly help us
Can you please email me so we can talk about it? I can maybe give you something to help you as well, I don't know what yet, but I hope we can find a way to help each other, as our common goal is to help players
Hey ACME, noticed some kind of "broken" rotation where (it's only a guess) is doing its math wrong.
2 updates ago, on non spec classes, the bot was easily reaching 100% HQ starting off full HQable materials. Now, apparently everytime it reaches 18% he just goes finisher rotation (GS, SH, BB) and closes the craft at 80%ish (depending on the goods).
What bugs me is why it never showed this issue two patches ago and now does?
Did you somehow changed the rotations?
Also the bot was using some kind of non rng rotation when starting from full HQ 2 days ago, now it's going for a more risky rotation even when starting from full HQ...
Is this intended or ...?
The log is great. A better (more readable) template tho would be EPIC.
Probably a one-off request here, but do you think you could add a shut-down FF option once a craft-queue is finished?
I like to setup large crafts and then leave for extended periods of time, and it might be nice for some people such as myself to have the option to close the game when done.
Whether or not you hook a logoff function, or simulate accessing menu and going to logoff, theres also the Process.Kill() function
Appreciate the work your doing keep it up!
Edit:
Code:
foreach (Process gmProcess in Process.GetProcesses())
{
if (gmProcess.ProcessName.StartsWith("ffxiv_dx11"))
{
gmProcess.Kill();
}
}
Now that I can see the log I notice it's sometimes failing to hold down a modifier key (trying to use a skill bound to ctrl+8 but hits 8 instead). Happens about once a craft; any ideas?

I didn't touch any crafting algorithm since before it was released!!! That's odd.
The algorithm is pretty deterministic but there's some randomness.

The next update I'm changing something about keypressing and adding keydetection, but I'm not sure that's going to be solved.
What I suggest is putting an alternative binding to the ctrl+8 skill like alt+numpad1, if you look at my binds I posted they're full of weird keys..
The key is when you bind modifier + key, is that just KEY isn't bound to something.
It's definitely a hassle.

I can add that, I even have the code for it!!
Though I'll prob just kill the process ACME is hooked into.
I can just log you off rather than killing ff process too hmm...
