I don't think map teleport is gonna be possible without many work, as map is 2D, and we need 3D coord to teleport.
It's written in C# with some ASM.

I'm not sure how it works though but i see mmoninja.com got map teleport.

Server-sided tracking is a lot easier for these things... So you will never know till the first banwave.
